Hi, I’m Anquanette Clegg, REALTOR® and founder of ByFaith Real Estate.

I believe buying a home should start with a conversation—not a credit score.

Not everyone comes to me ready to buy today, and that’s okay. Some of my clients need time to work on their credit, save money, understand their options, or simply figure out where to start. I’m willing to meet you there.

My background in project management taught me how to manage details, solve problems, stay organized, and keep things moving. I bring that same approach to real estate. I want my clients to understand what’s happening, what comes next, and what we need to do when something doesn’t go according to plan.

I especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers and people who may have counted themselves out of homeownership because of their credit or financial situation. I’m not here to make promises I can’t keep. I’m here to help you understand your options, connect you with the right resources, and create a realistic path forward.

That’s where ByFaith comes from. Faith is believing something is possible, even when you can’t see the entire path yet. But faith also requires action.
